I’m Lydia — a licensed massage therapist offering intentional, therapeutic bodywork from my studio in Bozeman, Montana.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, focused treatment work, or a moment of deep rest, each session is customized to meet you where you are.

Through safe, intuitive touch, I aim to help you feel more at ease within your body & mind.

The ritual bodywork signature massage is slow, deep, intentional and tailored to each client’s specific needs.

I offer 60, 75 and 90 minute sessions from my east Bozeman studio.

In-home massage services are also available upon request in Bozeman and the surrounding areas.
